An Autumn Porch

My porch is my very favorite place to be!  We eat here, do our homework here, have coffee and play here and much more.  It is the first thing you see when you come over and the last thing to see when you leave.  It is an important part of our home and we love to keep it fresh!

This shoot was extra fun…because my favorite time of the year is Fall.  I love the temps to be cool enough for a sweater but warm enough for being outside.  The colors and smell in the air are my favorite!  We chose our projects to correspond with the changing season, the changing activities and the upcoming holiday.

We will be featuring the following this month {plus plenty more…as you know we like to throw in extras}…

DIY:

 Funkin Monogram Project

 Rosette Frame Wreath

 Frosted Glass Address Door

 Framed Monogram Letters

 Treat Bags

A DIY Halloween Banner

Recipes:

 Chai Tea

 Festive Almond Bark

Fab Finds:

Pillows {embellished}

admin - Thanks so much for the feature! We’ll be sure to check out your blog!!!

admin - Hello Amanda! Thank you so much for your kind words. We really do enjoy our porch and if we ever move, the house needs to have a front porch! I am so glad that you are enjoying the article…they did such a great job with it! I apologize, the house was this color when we bought it and there is no left over paint can in sight. We do need to repaint so we are wondering if we will be able to match it. I wish I were more help. They did pick a great color! Thanks again for your comment and for being such a great JosieJones follower!!

Amanda S - I am smitten with your porch. The image of it on the cover of Cottages & Bungalows was so lovely that I purchased the magazine without even checking the rest of the magazine out. I’m so glad I did! This may sound odd, but I was wondering if you’d share the names and brand of your house colors. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space. I will definitely be checking out the rest of your blog and look forward to catching up on the tutorials you posted.
